Supported File Formats

xlsx - Modern Excel files

Preparing Your File

1. Phone Number Column

Phone numbers should be in the first column (Column A). If they're elsewhere, move them to Column A.

2. Phone Number Formats

All these formats are recognized:

01012345678 (no dashes)

010-1234-5678 (with dashes)

010 1234 5678 (with spaces)

3. Header Row

If your first row has headers like "Phone Number" or "Contact", it's automatically skipped.

Upload Process

1. Click "Excel/CSV File" on the send page

2. Select your file or drag and drop

3. Phone numbers are automatically extracted and added to recipients

4. Compose your message and send

Bulk Sending Tips

Maximum Recipients

You can send to up to 400 recipients at once. For larger lists, split into multiple batches.

Sending Speed

For bulk sends, your phone sends messages sequentially. 400 recipients takes about 10-15 minutes.

Keep App Active

Don't close the app until sending completes. It needs to run in the background.
